I understand that you are the one to whom I should direct this letter. As I have been catching up on things before the year ends, I realized that I had never written a much-deserved letter complimenting your company and the performance of Joe Clorite.
Joe was recommended to me as an energetic, highly competent realtor who was very professional, knowledgeable, would be diplomatic when dealing with other people involved in my transactions, and very sharp and strong when he needed to look out for my best interests. I found Joe to be all of this and more.
I gave Joe the listing on my house and he gave me great “pointers” on getting it ready. I appreciated both his wisdom and input on pricing it and negotiating the offer that came in, and also his willingness to listen to my input. We were a great team, the house sold immediately, and we ended up with a price and terms I was very pleased with.
Joe swung into action finding me places to look at when the offer came in so quickly on my home, and again, he was thorough, pleasant to all concerned, negotiated beautifully for me and did an overall great job. I found that Joe quietly stands up for his client when he needs to, and he handled a couple of potential problems at closing, with clarity and firmness on my behalf.
So please accept my highest compliments about Joe Clorite. I will always recommend him and Keller Williams for doing such a good job.

Our experience with Joe Clorite was a very positive one. After dealing with agents who were clearly more interested in pricing our house low in order to turn it over quickly at our expense, we found Joe to be quite the opposite. He is very good at listening to the homeowner and then making suggestions based on his years of experience and what the owner’s needs are.
He is never pushy and always polite and courteous, and is more than willing to take the time needed to present your home is the best possible light. His research of what our property was worth was very thorough and he gave our house excellent visibility online.
Even in the slower fall/winter months we had a lot of interest in the house and ended up selling it for our full asking price, which was at the top end of what our property value was estimated at.
I will always recommend Joe as a trustworthy and invested real estate broker. He was always looking out for our best interest and I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone trying to sell their house.
